WAW electro hydraulic servo control universal testing machine is able to automatically test the stretch, compression, bending and shear performances of metal and nonmetal materials. The digitally programmable gain amplifier and the professional computer system can realize the loop control of the exertion of constant force, constant stress, constant distortion, constant velocity, etc. This testing machine is automatically controlled by servo valve, so it is of advanced and mature technology, superior to WES and WEW testing machine, while it is of a higher cost, and demands higher cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
Electro hydraulic servo control universal testing machine is equipped with under cylinder main engine, Italian imported oil pump motor unit, electro-hydraulic servo oil supplier, and independent low-noise tightening oil supplier. Various parameters of strength and elasticity modulus can be automatically measured and calculated according to GB/T 228(metallic materials-tensile testing at ambient temperature).
Electro hydraulic servo control universal testing machine is under automated-manual operation, equipped with a manual control box with six keys, which enables both manual operation and automatic computer controlled operation , reducing the working intensity and improving the working efficiency. The operator and machine are well protected by various techniques including cylinder position limitation protection, overload auto shutdown, over current and current leakage auto shut-off, emergency switch, etc. The structures of hydraulic loading and under cylinder are adopted to make the overall structure compact and firm. The spoke type sensor is of high precision and stability. The Italian oil pump unit features little noise, stable oil passage, and non-impact. The double hydraulic seal structure prevents oil leakage and impregnation. The jaw protective plate prevents the jaw from scratching. The universal ball head automatic self aligning device ensures the absolute centring of the upper and lower holding chuck when the testing sample is under stress.
The computer automatic servo control function can automatically complete the testing control, measurement, data collection, data processing, and print of testing curve and test report. The measurement system is automatically calibrated and zero-set. The stepless speed regulation enables the control speed and control mode to be altered arbitrarily and smoothly. Zooming and display switch of testing curves are available. The programmed auto operation can be switched to manual operation at any time to adjust the control mode and control speed. The user can set the maximum testing force to prevent overload. Lenovo brand-name computer is employed as the host to complete the setting, data collection, display and printing. The intellectualized software KQL-Power Test2001 (English and Chinese) is equipped on the computer to measure various parameters of material performance according to the setting standards, process these data, and then output the test report and testing curves as required. The data processing software can meet the demands of the tests on different materials and be conveniently added with new processing methods. It is based on Windows XP, adopts Access database as its kernel, and combines with reliable VB SQL language. The strength value, distortion, displacement are measured and showed synchronously and the testing curve is displayed in time. The operator can arbitrarily delete the data of a certain sample, and conduct the zooming and printing of testing curve, and select points to obtain parameters such as yield point, elasticity, etc. The software can calculate tensile strength, compressive strength, yiled strength, 0.2, disproportional strength, total elongation strength, coefficient of elongation, etc.
